Volunteers are needed for setting up the event, directing traffic, directing people inside the festival, handing out glasses, delivering ice, and clean up. Volunteer duties will be assigned at the festival at the Volunteer Registration Table upon check in. All volunteers must be 21+.
All Saturday volunteers receive:

There will be three shifts available for volunteers:
Friday Shift runs from 10:00 am to 3:00 pm on Friday and volunteers will be admitted to the festival on Saturday. Working this shift requires the volunteer to do some heavy lifting and unloading of delivery trucks. It is recommended for the "strongest" volunteers.
Shift #1 runs from 9:00am to 2:30pm.
Shift #2 runs from 12:00pm to 5:30pm.
Our biggest need is organizing volunteers who are able to distribute promotional cards and posters about the festival to market it in new neighborhoods. If you sign up as a “Street Team” volunteer we will send you materials to distribute around your community – cafes, churches, libraries, restaurants, stores, etc. (anywhere where people will see them). There is no time requirement and distribution activities can be completed whenever and wherever is convenient to the “Street Team” volunteer. However, “Street Team” volunteers can earn rewards for their efforts based on the number of locations materials are distributed at.
